Wanting to give back to the community, Tom Prather started The Blue Wave Foundation.

The Blue Wave Foundation assists several charitable organizations  creating important messages and a strong media presence in their communities. Public service announcements, television commercials and awareness videos are just a handful of ways that The Blue Wave Foundation helps important organizations leave a mark and make a splash.

The Blue Wave has built a rewarding partnership with the MS Society producing countless television commercials and long format event coverage.

The Blue Wave is proud to  announce our new relationship with Dreams for Kids. Tom Prather will sit on the advisory board and The Blue Wave team will be working together with Dreams for Kids to help make change in the lives of Washington DC’s youth in a real way.

Dreams for Kids is a volunteer based, registered non-profit 501(c)(3) children’s charity empowering youth who live in poverty and those with disabilities, by uniting them with their peers, recognizing their abilities, and allowing their voices to be heard.  The most isolated young people from every community are reminded they have something to give, and they are the solution- not the problem.
